Public Sector Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Hoy.  Rachel joins as Housing Investment Manager, a new position to help refine and develop Public Sector Plc’s new Private Rented Sector (PRS) housing strategy.

Previously with Sigma Capital Group, one of the leaders in suburban PRS, Rachel has extensive experience delivering multiple projects across the North West, Midlands and Yorkshire.

With 25 members of the team across the Public Sector Plc London, Birmingham and Manchester offices, Rachel’s role will be within the newly established housing team, developing and implementing the housing model with our local authority partners across the country.
